WHEREAS, certain expenses are incurred prior to
the awarding of contracts and funds trust be provided for said
expenses; and
WHEREAS, funds are available for allocation from
the account entitled "Public Parks and Recreational Facilities
Bond Fund";
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI FLORIDA
Section 1. The sum of $10,000.00 be, and it is
hereby, allocated from the account entitled "Public Parks and
Recreational Facilities Bond Fund" to cover preliminary
expenses for the Parks for People Program.
