and tMT Trailers* Inc.
!r R. D. Carter, president of TMT Trailer Ferry, Inc.
at his request,is scheduled to maize a personal appearance before
the City Co: miss ion at its meeting on June 5, 1975 at approXimate ly
10:00 AM.
Mr. Carter plans to present, a request to the City
Commission concerning the operation of TMT Trailer Ferry, Inc.
on the property which is currently the subject matter of the
condemnation action in the eminent domain case brought by the
City a^ainst the FEC Railway Company and styled The City of Miami
vs. Florida East Coast Railway Company.
By Resolution No. 75-293, the City Commission directed
the City Attorney to file an action to enjoin the Florida East
C:ast Railwav Company from expanding a non -conforming use into
the ._„- area which was recently filled by the FEC. TMT Trailer
Ferry. Inc. is the lessee of the Florida East Coast Railway
Cc -any and its trailers occupy the property, including the filled
a= -_.and is a named defendant in the injunction suit brought by
t _ty against the FEC Railway Company.
