A RESOLUTION At THOEIgINO AND DIRECTING THE
CITY MANAGER TO INSTRUCT THE PROPER CITY
OFFICIALS TO TRANSFER TO THE STATE,
PROPERTY BOUNDED BY N. W. 117TH AVENUE,
90TH STREET, N. Wt 74TH STREET, NEEDED BY
THE STATE DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION
FOit RIGHT OF WAY PURPOSES UPON PAYMENT TO
THE CITY OF MIAMI THE SttM OF $112,000.00
BE IT RESOLVED By THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The City Manager be, and he is hereby,
authorized and directed to instruct the proper City Officials
to transfer to the State, property bounded by N. W. 117th
Avenue, 90th Street and N. W. 74th Street, needed by the
State Department of Transportation for right of way purposes
upon payment to the City of Miami the sum of'$112,000.00.
