A WASTE COLLECTION LICENSE TO E013' S TRASH
SERVICE.
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 7434 (May 26, 1966) as
amended by Ordinance No. 7551 (April 17, 1967) provides detailed
requirements for the issuance of a City of Miami Waste Collec-
tion License; and
WHEREAS, it appears that BOB'S TRASH SERVICE has
applied for such a license and has met, or stated under oath
that they will meet, within the required period of time, the
requirements of said ordinances;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section-1. The License Division, Finance Department
City of Miami, is hereby authorized to issue a Waste Collec-
tion License to BOB'S TRASH SERVICE.
