C1TY OP MIAMI, P r01 IDA, AND ACCEPTING T E
DEDICATIONS SHOW ON SAID PLAT, AUTHORI2INO
AND DIRECTING THE CITY MANAGER AND 'CITY CDE1t1
TO EXECUTE THE PLAT.
WHEREAS, the City Zoning Board and the Department OE
Public WOrRs have recommended the acceptance of the plat entitled
PERELIS SUBDIVISION;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF
THE CITY Or MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The Plat entitled PERELIS SUBDIVISION,
being a resubdivision of a portion of the Revised Plat of Fern
Isle (35-77) City of Miami, Dade County, Florida, which by
reference is made a part hereof as if fully incorporated herein
and the dedications as shown thereon together with all existing
and future planting, trees and shrubbery on said property, to
the perpetual use of the public, be and the same are hereby
accepted and confirmed by the City of Miami, Florida.
Section 2. All of the required subdivision
improvements on this property have been previously placed and
accepted. The requirements of State law and the Code of the
City of Miami, Florida, as to improvements to be made in
subdivisions has been complied with.
Section 3. The requirements of State law concerning
the showing of grades of rights of way on the Plat are hereby
expressly waived.
Section 4. The City Manager and the City Clerk,'
both of the City of Miami, Florida, are hereby authorized
