A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE COMPLETED WORR

DRAINAGE PROJECT A=4 .
WHEREAS, there exists a contract dated January 20,
1975 between the City of Miami and ?LORIDA CONCRETE CONTRACTORS;
and
WHEREAS, the work has been satisfactorily completed
and FLORIDA CONCRETE CONTRACTORS has furnished the required
documents certifying that all bills for labor and materials
have been paid in full in connection with the aforesaid con-
tract; and
WHEREAS, the Department of Public Works recommends
completed work be accepted and final payment made to
that the

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED
THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The completed work performed by
FLORIDA CONCRETE CONTRACTORS be, and is hereby, accepted at
a total cost of $24,526.25.
Section 2. The proper officials of the City of
Miami be, and they are hereby, authorized and directed to
pay FLORIDA CONCRETE CONTRACTORS a final payment of $2,452.63
for all work performed and all materials furnished in

Florida Concrete Contractors has completed the project
consisting of the installation of auger hole drainage
structures at 19 locations throughout the City.
It is now in order for the Commission to accept the
completed work and authorize final payment, after all
conditions are met. The construction was completed
for $24,526.25, which was within the contract amount,
and it was completed on time.
THE DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS RECOMMENDS THE ADOPTION
OF THE ATTACHED RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE COMPLETED WORK
AND AUTHORIZING A FINAL PAYMENT OF $2,452.63 TO FLORIDA
CONCRETE CONTRACTORS FOR DRAINAGE PROJECT A-4.
