WHEREAS, ArticleI, Section 3(2) of Ordinance
No. 6871, the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance for the City
Miami, permits an extension of a Conditional Use by the City
Manager, with approval by the City Commission, for a period of
one year;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The request for a one year extension of
the Conditional Use as provided in Ordinance No. 6871, Article
XI, Section 1(5)(b), to permit construction of drive-in teller
facility on Lots 1, 2 and 3, Block 1,' Shenandoah (8-90),
at 1698'.::-S.W. 8th Street, originally granted by City Commission
Resolution No. 75-98 be, and the same is hereby granted.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 5 day of JUNE
1975.

On January 23, 1975, the Miami City Commiseion granted a Conditional
Use by resolution NO. 75-98 as follows
Resolution granting a Conditional Use as provided in Ordinance 6871,
ARTICLE Ott Section 1(5) (b) , to permit construction of drive-in teller
facility on Lots 1, 2 and 3, Block 1, SHENANDOAH (8-90), located at
1698 S.W. 8th Street, in conjunction with Southeast National Bank of
Coral Way, located at 1699 S.W. 22nd Street, zoned C-4 (General
Commercial), subject to the following conditions: (1) relocation of
the proposed facility to the east and removal of one drive-in teller
lane. The redesign shall be subject' to the approval of the Planning
Department; (2) the applicant shall furnish the proper Governmental
agencies the proper legal documents releasing any and all Governmental
Agencies from severance damages and business damages at the time the
west 60 feet of said property is taken for right of way purposes.
Ord. 6871, ART. XXXII, Section 3, permits the City Manager, with
approval by the City Commission, to extend the effective period
(6 months) of a Conditional Use by an additional period of time not
exceed one year.
Mr. R. F. Bolster, for the applicant in this matter, has requested
that such an extension be granted. It is suggested that this matter
be placed on an early Commission Agenda.
The Law Department, by a copy of this memo, is being requested to
provide the proper Resolution.

Dear Mr, Andrews:
Ott January 23, 1975 the Commission of the City of Miami
passed and adopted Resolution No. 75-98 granting
a Conditional Use as provided in Ordinance No. 6871,
Article XI, Section 1 (5)(b), to permit construction of
Drive=In teller facilities on Lots 1, 2 and 3, Block 1,
Shenandoah (8-90) in conjunction with Southeast National
Bank of Coral Way.
It appears we will not be able to obtain a Building Permit
by July 23, 1975 due to delays in the area of design.
Therefore, we hereby request an extension of time for one
(1) year from July 23, 1975.
