TION OP S.W. 8 AVENUE SIDSWALtt IMPROVEMENT
SR-4387 IN S.W. 8 AVENUE' SIDEWALK IMPROVEMENT
DISTRICT SK-4387.
WHEREAS, at the City Commission Meeting of May 8,
1975 Resolution NO. 754-438 was passed which ordered a sidewalk
improvement identified as S.W. 8 AVENUE SIDEWALK IMPROVEMENT
5K-4387; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to due public notice a public hear-
ing was held before the City Commission on June 5, 1975 as to
any objections to the confirmation of Resolution No. 75-438,
which resolution ordered S.W. 8 AVENUE SIDEWALK IMPROVEMENT
SK-4387; and
WHEREAS, no objections to the confirmation of said
sidewalk improvement were sustained by the Commission; and it
is therefore in order for the Commission to confirm said
order-
ing resolution and authorize the City Clerk to advertise for
sealed bids for
the construction of said improvement;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. Ordering Resolution No. 75-438 dated
May 8, 1975 which arched S.W. 8 AVENUE SIDEWALK IMPROVEMENT
SK-4387 be, and it is hereby, confirmed.

ENCLOSURES•
Construction of standard con:rete sidewalk in front of
five properties on the east :ide of S.W. 8 Avenue between
S.W. 10 and S.W. 11 Streets has been petitioned by the
property owners, and was ordered by the City Commission
at their meeting of May 8, 1975.
It is now in order to confirm the ordering resolution
and authorize advertising for bids. A public hearing
will be held on June 5, 1975 at which time the Commission
will hear objections to the confirmation of the ordering
resolution.
IF NO OBJECTIONS ARE SUSTAINEDTHEDEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC
WORKS RECOMMENDS THE ADOPTION OF THE ATTACHED RESOLUTION
WHICH ALSO AUTHORIZES THE ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS FOR
S.W. 8 AVENUE SIDEWALK IMPROVEMENT SK-4387.
