WHEREAS, at the City Commission meeting of May
1975, Resolution No. 75.439 "A" was passed which ordered
sanitary sewer improvement identified as WEST GRAPELAND SANITARY
SEWER IMPROVEMENT SR-5387 S (sideline sewer); and
WHEREAS, pursuant to due public notice a public hear-
ing was held before the City Commission on June
any objections to the confirmation of Resolution N
. 75-439 "A",
which resolution ordered WEST GRAPELAND SANITARY SEWER IMPROVE-
MENT SR-5387 S (sideline sewer); and
WHEREAS, no objections to the confirmation of said
sewer improvements were sustained by the Commission; and it is
therefore in order for the Commission to confirm said ordering
resolution and authorize the City Clerk to advertise for sealed
bids for the construction of said improvement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. Ordering Resolution No. 75-439 "A" dated
May 8, 1975 which ordered WEST GRAPELAND SANITARY SEWER IMPROVE-
MENT SR-5387 S (sideline sewer) be, and it is hereby, confirmed.
