WHEREAS, at the City Commission meeting of May 8,
1975, Resolution No. 75-439 was passed which ordered a sanitary
sewer improvement identified as WEST CRAPELAND SANITARY SEWER
IMPROVEMENT SR-5387 C (centerline sewer); and
WHEREAS, pursuant to due public notice a public hear-
ing was held before the City Commission on June 5, 1975 as to
any objections to the confirmation of Resolution No. 75-439,
which resolution ordered WEST GRAPELAND SANITARY SEWER IMPROVE-
MENT SR-5387 C (centerline sewer) and
WHEREAS, no objections to the confirmation of
sewer improvements were sustained by the Commission; and it is
therefore in order for the Commission to confirm said ordering
resolution and authorize the City Clerk to advertise for sealed
bids for the construction of said improvement;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. Ordering Resolution No. 75-439 dated May
1975 which ordered WEST GRAPELAND SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT
SR-5387 C (centerline sewer) be, and it is hereby,
