THE MARTIN L 7THER RIiOO DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION
INC: REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES, CODE SECTIONS
oR PARTS THEREOF IN CON?"LILT; CONTAINING A
SEVERABILITt PROVISION.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMISSION OF: THE. CITY of MIAMI, FLORIDA:
section 1. The sum of $26,890 be and the same is
hereby appropriated from the General Fund as a contribution to
Federal Revenue Sharing Funds 1974-75 (Ordinance Nos. 8305 and
8342) for the operation of the Martin Luther King Development
Corporation, Inc.
Section 2."All ordinances, code sections or parts
thereof in conflict herewith, insofaras they are in conflict, are
hereby repealed.
Section 3. Should any part, or provision of this
Ordinance be declared by a court of competent jurisdiction to be
invalid, the same shall not affect the validity of the Ordinance
as a whole.
Section 4. This Ordinance is hereby declaredto be an
emergency measure on the ground of public need.
Section 5. The requirement of reading this Ordinance
on two separate days is hereby dispensed with by a vote of not
less than four/fifths of the Members of the Commission.
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY TITLE ONLY this 97 day of
MAY 1975.
