Section 1. Ordinance No. 6871, the Comprehensive.
Zoning Ordinance for the City of Miami, be and the same is hereby
amended by changing the zoning classifications on area bounded;
generally by frontage on South Dixie Highway, S.W. 27th'Avenue
and Bird Avenue (PnASE I) from R-C (Residence office) , R-4

(Medium Density Multiple), C-1 (Local. Commercial), C-4 (Genera),
WHEREAS, the Miami Planning Advisory Board at its
meeting of February 19th, 1975, Item No. 4, following an
advertised hearing, adopted Resolution No. PAB 16-75 by a 'l to t
vote recommending Change of Zoning Classifications as hereinafteu'

WHEREAS,it is deemed advisable in the best interest
of the general welfare of the City of Miami and its inhabitants

The Miami Planning Advisory Board, at its meeting of February 19, 1975,
Item #4, following an advertised Hearing, adopted Resolution No.
PAB 16-75 by a 7 to,0 vote recommending the approval of Changes of
Zoning Classification on area bounded .generally by frontage on South
Dixie Highway, S. W. 27th Avenue and Bird Avenue (PHASE I) from R-C
(Residence Office), R-4 (Medium Density Multiple), C-1 (Local Commer-
cial), C-4 (General Commercial), R_4,(Medium Density Multiple) to R-3A (Low Density_ Apartment) ,
Den-
sity Multiple), C-2 (Community Commercial) and the proposed C-2A
(Special Community Commercial), as shown on map on Pages 61 and 62
of the Planning Advisory Board minutes of February 19, 1975.
Forty-four objections were received in the mail.
An ORDINANCE to provide for these Changes of Zoning has been prepared
by the City Attorney's office and submitted for consideration of the
City Commission.
