Enclosed please find copy of a letter from the Veterans
of Poreign Wars of the united States, Jos6 Marti Post if
10212, in which they describe their efforts to set a
commemorative plaque honoring the numerous Cuban -Americans`
who died in the Viet Nam War.
It is my understanding that they already have some sort of
plaque and they are requesting that the City allow them a
space in the new Bicentennial Park to Place this memento.
Please place this item on a forthcoming Commission Meeting
for discussion.
