Section 1.
The Dade County Department
of Transportation
is hereby requested to install proper traffic devices, after
appropriate public notice has been given, to accomplish the
following for a sixty day trial period:
No right turn at the South Bayshore Drive entrance,
of Bay Heights and no right turn at Halissee between 4:00 P.M.
and 6:00 P.M., Monday through Friday,
(to be installed as soon
as possible) and no right turn signs,
plus the provision that Alatka remain designated for 2-way
traffic between Tigertail and South Bayshore Drive, with a
no -left -turn at Tigertail and Micanopy. Also, that the portion
of Alatka between Tigertail and U.S.1 be designated one-way
south toward the hospital and that the entrance of Alatka be
closed at South Dixie Highway,
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 22 day of MAY , 1975.

At the May 8, 1975 City Commission meeting, Mayor
Perre appointed a Committee, who will meet on
TUESDAY, May 20, 1975, at 7:00 P. M., in CITY HALL,
3500 Pan American Drive, Dinner Xey, Miami, Florida,
to discuss several proposals, as prepared by Metro
Traffic and Transportation for modification of
vehicular traffic flow in the vicinity of Bay
Heights, Natoma Manors, and Bayehore Drive between
Alatka Street and 17th Avenue..
At the Miami City Commiesi+m meeting of May 22, 1975,
the Committee will report to the City Commissioners,
who will determine the procedure to be followed for
further implementation.
