CONVEYED BY THE STATE OR THE TRUSTEES
TO EITHER PRIVATE OWNERS OR MUNICIPAL
ENTITIES,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The Florida Legislature is hereby urged
to amend Senate Bill 321 to exclude submerged land previously
conveyed by the State or the trustees to either private owners
or municipal entities.
