WHEREAS, sealed bids were received May 12, 1975 for WESTERN DRAINAGE PROJECT E-34; and WHEREAS, the City Manager reports that the $134,031.75 Roenca Corporation is the lowest acceptable bid and recommends that a Contract be awarded to said firm; and WHEREAS, funds are available for allocation from the account entitled "Storm Sewer Bond Fund" for the amount of the Contract, for Project Expense and for items as Advertising, Testing Laboratories and postage; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA: Section 1. The May 12, 1975 bid of Roenca Corporation in the amount of $134,031.75 for the project entitled WESTERN DRAINAGE PROJECT E-34, namely Alternate, Base Bid II of Pro- posal, based on unit prices be, and the same is hereby accepted at the price stated therein. Section 2. The amount of $134,031.75 be, and it is hereby, allocated from the account entitled "Storm Sewer Bond Fund" to cover the cost of the Contract. Section 3. As reflected in the attached Tabulation of Bids, the $134,031.75 bid of Roenca Corporation was the lowest acceptable bid.
