TO CITE' LIMITS, NORTH AND EAST ALONG THE CITY
LIMITS TO N.E. 87TH STREET, EAST ON N.E. 87TH
STREET TO BISCAYNE BAY TO BE ENVIRONMENTAL PRESERVATION
DISTRICTS AS PER EXHIBITS ONE, TWO, THREE, POUR,
PIVE AND SIX ATTACHED HERETO IN ACCORDANCE WITH
ORDINANCE NO. 8301; AND AttTHORt2ING THE BUILDING
DIRECTOR TO INCLUDE SAID PARCELS ON THE OFFICIAL
MAP OP ENVIRONMENTAL PRESERVATION DISTRICTS
MAINTAINED BY THE BUILDING DEPARTMENT.
WHEREAS, the Miami Planning Advisory Board at its
meeting of April 2, 1975, Item No. 1, following an advertised
hearing, adopted Resolution No. PAB 31-75 by a 5 to 1 vote
(two members absent) recommending the application of
Environmental Preservation Districts to specific parcels of
land as hereinafter
set forth; and
WHEREAS, the City Commission deems it advisable
and in the best interest of the inhabitants of the City of Miami
to apply Environmental Preservation Districts as hereinafter
set forth;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY. THE COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. Specific parcels of land
within an area of the City of Miami beginning at Biscayne Bay
and N.E, "87th Street (extended), south along the Bay to N.E.
7th Street (extended), west on 7th Street to N,W. 27th Avenue,
north on-N,W.,27th Avenue to City Limits, north and east along
the City Limits to N,E. 87th Street,
east on N,E, 87th Street
Biscayne Bay as per Exhibits One, Two, Three, 'our, Five and
Six attached are hereby declared to be Environmental Preservation
Districts,
