WHEREAS, the M
ami Planning Advisory Poard at its
meeting of April 30, 1975, Item No. 2, following an advertised
Hearing, adopted Resolution No. PAH 42-75 by a 4 to 0 vote
(four members absent) recommending permission, as per Ordinance
No. 6871, Article 'XVIII-1, Section 4 (1) as hereinafter set
forth; and
WHEREAS, this Commission deems it advisable in the
interest of the general welfare of the City of Miami to grant
permission requested on the ground that a refusal would
result in practical difficulties and unnecessary hardship to
the applicant under a P-R (Public Park and Recreation) District
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That the application for permission, as
provided in Ordinance No. 6871, Article XVIII-1, Section 4 (1),
to construct maintenance building on 995 N.W. 36th Street,
Tract "C", MOORE PARK (86-45) for Miami -Dade Water and Sewer
Authority as per plans on file, subject to site plan approval
by the Planning Department; Zoned P-R (Public Park and
Recreation) District, be and the same is hereby granted.

Gentlemen:
The Miami Planning Advisory Board, at its meeting of April 30, 1975,
Item #2, following an advertised Bearing, adopted Resolution No.
PAB 42-75 by a 4 to 0 vote (Four Members absent) Recommending per-
mission, as per Ordinance 6871, ARTICLE XVIII-1, Section 4 (1), to
construct maintenance building on 995 N.W. 36th Street, Tract "C",
MOORE PARK (86-45) for Miami -Dade Water and Sewer Authority as per
plans on file, subject to site plan approval by the Planning Depart-
ment; zoned P-R (Public Park and Recreation).
One objection was received in the mail.
A RESOLUTION to provide for the above has been prepared by the
City Attorney's office and submitted for consideration of the
City Commission.
