IN PLAGLER STREET HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT

WHEREAS, Resolution No. 75-365 was passed at the City
Commission meeting of April 22,1975 which ordered a highway im-
provement identified as ELAGLER STREET HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT
H-4372: and
WHEREAS, pursuant to public notice a public hearing was
held before the City Commission on May 22, 1975 as to any
objections to the confirmation of Resolution No. 75-365, which
resolution ordered FLAGLER STREET HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT H-4372; and
WHEREAS, no objections to the confirmation of
highway improvement were sustained by the commission, and it is
therefore in order for the commission to confirm said ordering
resolution and authorize the City Clerk to advertise for sealed
bids for the construction of said improvement;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:

Ordering Resolution
No. 75-365 dated April 22,
1975 which ordered FLAGLER STREET HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT H-4372 be,
and it is hereby, confirmed.
Section 2. The City Clerk be, and he is hereby,
authorized to advertise for sealed bids for the construction of

Avenue was ordered by the City Commission at their
meeting of April 22, 1975. The project Will also
include the remacadamizing of South 1st Street from
West lst Avenue to Biscayne Boulevard
It is now in order to confirm the ordering resolution
and authorize advertising for bids. A public hearing
will be held on May 22, 1975 at which time the
Commission will hear objections to the confirmation of
the ordertnR resolution,
IF NO OBJECTIONS ARE SUSTAINED THE DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC
WORKS RECOMMENDS THE ADOPTION OF THIS; ATTACHED RESOLUTION
WHICH ALSO AUTHORIZES THE ADVERTISEMENT FOR RIDS FOR
