OF SECTION 35, TOWNSHIP 535, RANO8 418
UNPLATTED, AND TRACT "A". MIAMI MUNICIPAL
TRACT (51-84), FROM R-C (RESIDENCE OFFICE) TO
GU (GOVERNMENT USE), AND BY MAXING THE NECESSARY
CHANGES IN THE ZONING DIS'TRIC'I' MAP, MADE A PART
OF THE SAID ORDINANCE NO. 6871, BY REFERENCE
AND DESCRIPTION IN ARTICLE III, SECTION 2
THEREOF; BY REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES, CODE
SECTIONS,. OR PARTS THEREOF IN CONFLICT; AND.CON-
TAINING A SEVERABILITY PROVISION.
WHEREAS, the Miami Planning Advisory. Board at its
meeting of March 5,.1975, Item No. 5(a),following an advertised
hearing, adopted Resolution N
. PAB 20-75 by a 7 to 0 vote
recommending Change of Zoning Classification as hereinafter
set forth; and
WHEREAS, it is deemed advisable in the best interest
of the general welfare of the City of Miami and its inhabitants
to grant a change in zoning classification as hereinafter set
forth;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That Ordinance No. 6871, the Comprehensive.
Zoning Ordinance for the City of Miami, be and the same is
hereby amended by changing the zoning classification on property
south of N.W. 20th Street, between N.W. 12th and 14th Avenues,
being NWt; of NEC, of NW', less N35' of Section 35, Township 53S,
-Range 41E,
UNPLATTED, and'Tract "A", MIAMI MUNICIPAL TRACT
(5184) from R--C (Residence Office) to GU (Government Use) ;
and by making the necessary changes inthe zoning district map
madea part of said Ordinance 1o, 6871 by reference and description
in Article Ill, Section 2 thereof,

Sedtioh 3, If any sedtioh, sehtehce, Clause, phrase,
or Word of this ordinance is for any reason held or declared
to be unconstitutional, inoperative, or void, such holding
or invalidity shall hot affect the remaining portions of this
ordinance; andit shall be construed to have been the intent of
the Commission of the City of Miami to pass this ordinance,
without such unconstitutional, invalid, or inoperative part
therein; and the remainder of this ordinance, after the
exclusion of such part or parts shall be deemed and held to be
valid as if such parts had not been included therein.
