To GU (GOVERNMENT USE), . AND BY MARLING THE NECESSARY CHANGES IN THE ZONING, DISTRICT MAP, MADE A PART 01 THE SAID ORDINANCE NO. 6871, BY REFERENCE AND DESCRIPTION IN ARTICLE III, SECTION 2 THEREOF; BY REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES, CODE SECTIONS, ORPARTS THEREOF IN CONFLICT;. AND CONTAINING A SEVERABILITY PROVISION. WHEREAS, the Miami Planning Advisory Board at its 15 meeting of March 5, 1975, Item No. 3, following an advertised 16 hearing, adopted Resolution No..PAB 18-75 by a 7 to O vote 17 recommending Change of. Zoning Classification as hereinafter 18 set forth; and 19 WHEREAS, it is deemed advisable in the best interest 20 of the general welfare of the City of Miami and its inhabitants 21 to grant a change in zoning classification as hereinafter set 22 forth; 23 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA: 25 Section 1. That Ordinance No. 6871, the Comprehensive 24 26 Zoning Ordinance for the City of Miami, be and the same is 27 hereby amended by changing the zoning classification on area 28 bounded by N.W. 2nd-and 3rd.
