WHEREAS, sufficient funds for this appropriati n can
be made available from the Special Reimbursement Funds when
received by the City underFederalPublic Law 92--500;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The sum of $15,000.00 is hereby allocated
to be used for the purchase of equipment and furniture for the
City Hall building.
Section 2. The funds hereby allocated shall be made
available from funds when received by the City from special
reimbursement funds authorized by Federal Public Law 92-500.
Section 3. That these funds shall be expended
for those projects which have been authorized and approved
by the City Commission and the City Manager.
