Because of an insufficient air conditioning supply to portions of the second floor of City Hall and the plan to enclose the balcony area. overlooking the City Commission Chambers, it is necessary that the existing air conditioning system be modified. If satisfactory bids are received, a resolution will be offered for adoption, accepting a bid for City Hall - Air Conditional Improve- ments 1975; allocating funds from Special Reimbursement Funds the City has received under Public Law 92-500, ''Federal Water Pollution Control Act Amendments of 19721'; and authorizing the City Manager to enter into a contract for this improvement. This improvement will provide proper air conditioning for portions of the second floor of City Hall and will also increase the efficiency of the air conditioning system on the first floor, A part of the first floor system is now diverted to the second floor, and this improve- ment will eliminate this need.
