CITY MANAGER TO NEGOTIATE AN AGREEMENT
WITh AMERICAN tNFO1MATION CORPORATION/
S 'EWAR'I`.WAItNER FOR THE It4SThLLATION AND
OWWiAT/ON OF A SCOREBOARD `ACILITY FOR THE
ORANGE BOWL STAIMUM.
WHEREAS, proposals have been received from five (5) firms
for providing a scoreboard facility for the Orange Bowl Stadium: and
WHEREAS, it is recommended that the City Manager be autho-
rized to negotiatean agreement with AIVIERICAN INFORMATION CORP,/
STEWART-WARNER for the installation and operation of a scoreboard
facility since they submitted the most advantageous bid to the City.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized
and directed to negotiate an agreement with AMERICAN INFORMATION
CORP. /STEWART-WARNER for the installation and operation of a score-
board facility for the Orange Bowl Stadium,
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 8 day of MAY , 1975.
