WHEREAS, pursuant to Public Notice, bids were received April 11, 1975 for the ORANGE BOWL ROLL -UP DOOR REPLACEMENT - 1975 from eight (8) companies, and WHEREAS, the City Manager recommends that the bid of BISCAYNE CONSTRUCTION, INC. responsive bid as follows: Existing Doors - Replacement New Door Opening Special Items Salvage Value of Doors -0- Total $29,887.00 THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA Section 1. The bid received from BISCAYNE CONSTRUC- TION, INC. in the amount of $29887.00 for the ORANGE BOWL - ROLL -UP DOOR REPLACEMENT - 1975 be, and the same is hereby, accepted. Section 2. The City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to instruct the Purchasing Department to issue a Purchase Order for the aforesaid from funds to be appropriated from the Orange Bowl Fund Balance.
