WHEREAS, the Miami Dolphins requests free use
of the Orange Bowl Stadium since 100% of the proceeds are
going to local charities; and
WHEREAS, the Public Facilities Department recommends
that the rental fees be waived;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:'
Section 1. Free use of the Orange Bowl Stadium
be, and is hereby, granted to the MIAMI DOLPHINS CHARITY INTRA-
SQUAD GAME on
1975; subject to advance payment for
event personnel, insurance and other direct costs borne by
the City.
