(sideline sewer)
WHEREAS, Resolution No, 75228 S (sideline sewer), passed
and adopted March 12, 1975, being declared null and void, shall be
rescinded; and
WHEREAS, a sanitary sewer improvement identified as WEST
GRAPELAND SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT SR-5387 S (sideline sewer)
shall be made under the provisions of Section 56 of the Charter of
the City of Miami, as amended, said IMPROVEMENT to consist of:
Laying an 8 inch or larger sanitary sewer pipe at or near sideline of:
NW 7 Street between NW 27 Avenue and NW 37 Avenue
NW 29 Avenue between NW 7 Street and NW 11 Street
West side of NW 35 Court bet NW 7 Street and NW 9 Street
Laying 6 inch or larger pipe laterals as required to the
lots and parcels of land which abut upon the above -mentioned
streets, including the lots and parcels of land described in
Section 2 hereof; together with necessary manholes, other
appurtenances, pump stations, outfall, connections to exist-
ing sewers, relaying street pavement, sidewalks, and curb and
gutters where such relaying is made necessary by this improve-
ment; and
WHEREAS, special assessments for a portion of the cost of
said WEST GRAPELAND SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT SR-5387 S (sideline
sewer) shall be levied upon all the lots and parcels of land which
abut upon the abovementioned streets, including the following
described lots and parcels of land, and such lots and parcels of
land are hereby designated WEST GRAPELAND SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT
DISTRICT SR-5387 S (sideline sewer)

WHEREAS, this IMPROVEMENT shall be designated in all
proceedings and assessments as WEST ORAPELAN1 SANITARY SEWER
IMPROVEMENT SR-5387 S (sideline sewer), and the above -described
properties, including all the lots and parcels of land abutting
the streets described in Section 1 hereof against which assess-
ments shall be made_ for a portion of the cost thereof, hereunder,
shall be designated as WEST GRAPELAND SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT
DISTRICT SR-5387 5 (sideline sewer);
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. Resolution No. 75-228 Ordering WEST
GRAPELAND SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT SR-5387 S (sideline sewer),
passed and adopted March 12, 1975, is hereby rescinded.
Section 2
WEST GRAPELAND SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT
SR-5387 S (sideline sewer) be, and the same is hereby, ordered
designating the property against which special assessments shall be
made for a portion of the cost thereof as WEST GRAPELAND SANITARY
SEWER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT SR-5387 S (sideline sewer).
