AT A TOTAL COST OP $ 93 , 7 3 3 62 ; AND AUTHORIZ»
ING A FINAL PAYMENT OP $11,893.36.
WHEREAS, there exists a contract dated September 27,
1973 between the City of Miami and Intercounty Construction
Corporation; and
WHEREAS, the work has been satisfactorily completed
and Intercounty Constf .triLion Corporation has furnished the
required documentd certifying that all bills tor labor ana
materials have been paid in full in connection with the afore-
said contract; and
WHEREAS, the Department of Public Works recommends
that the completed work be accepted and final payment made to
the contractor;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1 The completed work performed by Intercounty
Construction Corporation under contract dated September 27, 1973
for the construction of LEJEUNE GARDENS SANITARY SEWER IMPROVE-
MENT SR-5315 C (centerline sewer) and SR-5315 S (sideline sewer
(PUMP STATION) be, and is hereby, accepted at a total cost of
$93,733,62.
Section 2. The proper officials of the City of Miami
and they are hereby, authorized and directed to
pay
INTERCOUNTY CONSTRUCTION CORPORATION a balance of $11,893.36
as full and final payment for all work performed and all
