WHEREAS, there exists a contract dated December 31,
between the City of Miami and
WHEREAS, the work has been satisfactorily completed
and The Poole and Kent Co. has furnished the required
documents certifying that
all bills for labor and meter-,
have been paid in full in
contract, " and
WHEREAS, the Department

the completed work be accepted and final payment made to the

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The completed work performed by The Poole
& Kent Co.
COCONUT GROVE MARINA -
a total cost of $24,500.00 be, and the same is hereby,
accepted.
Section 2. The proper, officials of the City of Miami
be, and they are hereby, authorized and directed to pay The
Poole & Kent Co., a balance of_$2,450.00 as full and final
payment for all work performed and all materials furnished

installation of fire lines and a standpipe
system on newly acquired piers at the Coconut
Grove Marina:
It is now In order for the Commission to accr: t

after all conditions are met. The modifications
were completed for $24,500, which was within the
contract amount, and it was completed on time.
