THEREOF; BY REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES',' CODE SECTIONS
OR PARTS THEREOF IN CONFLICT; AND CONTAINING A '
SEVERABILIT1 PROVISION,.
WHEREAS, the City of Miami Zoning Board at its
meeting of March 3rd, 1975, Item No. 1, following an advertised
hearing, adopted Resolution No. ZB 23-75 by a 4 to .3 vote
recommending denial for change of zoning classification as
hereinafter set forth; and
WHEREAS, the City Commission, notwithstanding the
recommendation of denial of the Zoning Board, after careful
consideration, of this matter, deems it advisable in the best
interest of the general welfare of the City of Miami and its
inhabitants to grant a change in zoning classification as
hereinafter set forth;.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMISSION
OF THE. CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That Ordinance No. 6871, the Comprehensive
Zoning Ordinance for the City of Miami, be and the same is hereby
amended by changing the zoning classification on Lots 1 through
6, Block 1, LEJEUNE GARDEN ESTATES SECTION 3 (44-11), located
30 at N.E. corner N.W. 42nd Court and N.W. 14th Street, from R-2 (Two
Family) to 0--4 (General Commercial), and by making the necessary.

ordinance; and it shall be construed to have been the intent of
the Commission` of the City of Miami to pass this ordinance
Without such unconstitutional, invalid, or inoperative part
therein; and the remainder of this ordinance, after the
exclusion of such part or parts shall be deemed and held to be
valid asif such parts had not been included therein.
