CORNER N.W, 42ND COURT AND N.Wh 14TH STREET FROM R-2 (TWO FAMIty) TO C-4 (GENERAL COMMERCIAL), AND BY MARINO THE NECESSARY CHANCES IN THE 20NING DISTRICT MAP, ,.MADE A PACT OP THE SAID ORDINANCE NO.. 6871, $Y. REFERENCE AND DESCRIPTION IN ARTICLE III, SECTION2 THEREOF; BY REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES',' CODE SECTIONS OR PARTS THEREOF IN CONFLICT; AND CONTAINING A ' SEVERABILIT1 PROVISION,. WHEREAS, the City of Miami Zoning Board at its meeting of March 3rd, 1975, Item No. 1, following an advertised hearing, adopted Resolution No. ZB 23-75 by a 4 to .3 vote recommending denial for change of zoning classification as hereinafter set forth; and WHEREAS, the City Commission, notwithstanding the recommendation of denial of the Zoning Board, after careful consideration, of this matter, deems it advisable in the best interest of the general welfare of the City of Miami and its inhabitants to grant a change in zoning classification as hereinafter set forth;. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE. CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA: Section 1.
