IN ARTICLE III, SECTION 2 THEREOF; BY REPEALING
ALL ORDINANCES, CODE SECTIONS, OR PARTS THEREOF
IN CONFLICT; AND CONTAINING A SEvERAEILITt PRO-
VISION.
WHEREAS, the Miami Planning Advisory Board at its

meeting of February 19th, 1975, Item No. 3(a), following an

advertised hearing, adopted Resolution No. PAB 14-75 by a 5 to 2

vote recommending Change of Zoning Classification as hereinafter
set forth; and
WHEREAS, it is deemed advisable in the best interest
of the general welfare of the City of Miami and its inhabitants
to grant a change in zoning classification as hereinafter set
forth;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
.Section 1. Ordinance No. 6871, the Comprehensive
Zoning Ordinance for the City of Miami, be and the same is. hereby:.
amended by .changing=the zoning classification of the S4' of Lot 7
and all of Lots 8 and 9, W.H. SNIPES' SUB (3-107), located at
approximately 2800 S.W. 22nd Avenue, from R-1 (One Family) to
P-R (Public Park and Recreational), and by'making thenecessary
changes in the zoning district map made a part of said
Ordinance No. 6871-by reference and description in Article IIT,.
Section 2 thereof.

they are in conflict:
Section 3. If any section, seitehoe, Clause, phrase,
or word of this ordinance is for anyreasoh held or declared
to be unconstitutional,
or invalidity shall not affect the remaining portions of this
ordinance; and it shall be construed to have been the intent of
the Commission of the City of Miami to pass this Ordinance
inoperative, or void, such holding
without such' unconstitutional, invalid, or inoperative part
therein; and the remainder of this Ordinance, after the
16 exclusion of such part or parts shall be deemed and held to be
17 valid as if such parts had not been included therein.

Gentlemen:
The Miami Planning Advisory Board, at its meeting of February 19, 1975,
Item 43(a), following an advertised Hearing, adopted Resolution No,
PAB 14-75 by a 5 to 2 vote recommending Change of Zoning Classification,
of S4' of Lot 7, and Lots 8 and 9,W. H. SNIPES SUB (3-107), located at
approximately 2800 SW22nd Avenue, from R-1 (One Family) to P-R (Public
Park and Recreational).
Twelve objections were received in the mail.
An ORDINANCE to provide for this Change of Zoning has been prepared by
the city Attorney's office and submitted for consideration of the City
Commission.
