L. That the City of idiani hick the filling of the land
that is not classified as environmentally endangered land,

acres of the land which the City of North Miami has; 2.
that the City of' Miami requests, , either from the I.T.
Board or Metro, or whoever is the inheritor of inEerama
should. the Legislature act, that whatever additional
land the City of Forth Miami has not been able to get,
that Metro or the I.I. Board cooperate in making that
available to therm; and 3. That this action does not in
any wav .p preclude the City's legal posture in the future
should we wish to pursue a lien against the entire property.
