BY MAILING THE NECESSARY CHANGES IN THE ZONING
DISTRICT MAP, MADE A PART OF THE SAID ORDINANCE NO.
6871, BY REFERENCE AND DESCRIPTION IN ARTICLE III,
SECTION 2 THEREOF;. REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES, CODE
SECTIONS, OR PARTS THEREOF IN CONFLICT; AND "CON-
TAINING A SEVERABILITY PROVISION.
WHEREAS, the Miami Planning Advisory Board at its
meeting of February 19th, 1975, Item No. 5, following an
advertised hearing, adopted Resolution No. PAB 17-75 by a 7.to
O vote recommending Change of Zoning Classifications as herein-
after set forth; and
WHEREAS, it is deemed advisable in the best interest.
of the general welfare of the City of Miami and its inhabitants
to grant a change in zoning classifications as hereinafter set
forth;
NOW, THEREFORE", BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. Ordinance No. 6871, the Comprehensive
Zoning Ordinance for the City of. Miami, be and the same is
hereby amended by changing the zoning classifications on area
bounded generally by frontage on Douglas Road from Day Avenue
to Thomas Avenue; on Grand Avenue from Plaza Street to

hereto and made a part hereof; and by making the necessary
changes in the zoning district map, made a part of the said
Ordinance No. 6871, by reference and description in Article III,
Section 2 thereof.
Section 2. That all laws or parts of laws in con-
flict herewith, be and the same are hereby repealed insofar
as they are in conflict.
Section 3. If any section, sentence, clause,
phrase, or word of this ordinance is for any reason held or
declared to be unconstitutional, inoperative, or void, such
holding or invalidity shall not affect the remaining portions
of this ordinance; and it shall be construed to have been the
intent of the Commission of the City of Miami to pass this
Ordinance without such unconstitutional, invalid, or
inoperative part therein; and the remainder of this Ordinance,
after the exclusion of such part or parts shall be deemed
and held to be valid as if such parts had not been included
therein.
