AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE RtbUtiNG Ti3E 191 -7 4 .YEAR END iC't?MRRATCE : TO THE ArRICAN SQUARE PART PROJECT AS E8TABLI8Rtb B ORDINANCE Mo. 8251 BY THE SUM or $18,000 AND RETURNING SAID SUM TO THE GENERAL; FUND BALANCE; REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES, CODE SEC- TIONS OR PARTS THEREOF IN CONFLICT, CONTAINING A SEVERAi3ILITY PROVISION., BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMISSION. OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA: Section 1. The 1973-74 Year End encumbrance. to the African Square Park Project, as established by Ordinance No. 8251, be and the same is hereby reduced by the sum of $18,000 and said sum is herebyreturned to the General Fund balance. Section 2. All ordinances, code sections or parts thereof in conflict herewith, insofar as they are in conflict, are hereby repealed. Section 3. Should any part or provision of this ordinance be declared by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, the same shall not affect the validity of the ordinance as a whole. Section 4. This ordinance is hereby declared to be -an emergency measure on the ground of public need. Section,'5.
