MIAMI, FLORIDA:
RESOLUTION NO. 7 I23
A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE MEMORANDUM OP
UNDERSTANDING BETWEEN CLAUGHTON ISLAND
DEVELOPERS AND THE CITY OF MIAMI REGARDING
LOW INCOME HOUSING, AND THE AGREEMENT TO
DISMISS THE APPEAL PRESENTLY PENDING IN THE
FLORIDA LAND AND WATER ADJUDICATORY COMMISSION;
AND AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE CITY MANAGER
AND CITY CLERK TO SIGN SAID AGREEMENTS ON
BEHALF OF THE CITY.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
Section 1. The Memorandum of. Understanding
between Claughton Island Developers and the City of Miami
regarding low income housing, and the agreement to dismiss the
appeal presently pending in the Florida Land and Water
Adjudicatory Commission, be and the same are hereby approved.
Section 2. The City Manager and City Clerk are
hereby authorized and directed to sign said Agreements on behalf
of the City.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 22 day of APRIL
1975.
