A RESOLUTION ACCEpTINC THE DOWNTOWN MIAMI,
1973-1985 STUDY PREPARED FOR THE CITY OF
MIAMI BY WALLACE, MCHARG, ROBERTS AND TODD
FOR THE SOLE PURPOSE OF BEGINNING PUBLIC
HEARINGS BEFORE THE PLANNING ADVISORY BOARD
ON THE VARIOUS ELEMENTS AND RECOMMENDATIONS'
OF THE SAID STUDY..
WHEREAS, the City hired Wallace, McHarg, Roberts
and Todd to prepare an urban development and zoning plan for
Downtown Miami; and
WHEREAS, said study has been prepared and sub-
mitted to the City Commission; and
WHEREAS, various Commissioners have serious
objections to several elements and portions of the study and it
cannot be adopted by the Commission;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The Downtown Miami, 1973-1985
Study prepared for the City of Miami by Wallace, McHarg, Roberts
and Todd for the sole purpose of beginning public hearings before
the Planning Advisory Board on the various elements and
recommendations of the said study, be and the same is hereby
'CCtPTEu.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 22 day of nPRIL
1975.
