RESOLUTION NO. 75-414
A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FINAL SITE
PLAN FOR THE AFRICAN SQUARE PARK
PROJECT AS PRESENTED TO THE CITY COM-
MISSION BY THE CITY'S CONSULTANTS,
M. PAUL FREIBERG & ASSOCIATES, LANDSCAPE
ARCHITECTS, IN CONJUNCTION WITH RONALD
FRAZIER, ARCHITECT.
WHEREAS, the City Commission has by prior resolution
authorized the condemnation of certain properties, commonly
known as the AFRICAN SQUARE PARK PROJECT; and
WHEREAS, the City has engaged M. Paul Freiberg &
Associates, Landscape Architects and Ronald Frazier, Architect,
as consultants; and
WHEREAS, said consultants have presented a final site
plan to the City Commission for its approval; and
WHEREAS, said site plan is acceptable to the City
Commission; and
WHEREAS, it is now in order to approve the final site
plan;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 10 The final site plan for the ,FRICAN SQUARE
PARK PROJECT, as presented to the City Commission by the City's
consultants, M. Paul Freiberg & Associates, Landscape Architects,
in conjunction with Ronald Frazier, Architect, be and the same
is hereby approved.
