WHEREAS, sealed bids t.rere received on April 21, 1975
for the S. W. 8TIIE STREET CiiANNELIZ\TION (BEAUTIFICATION); and
WHEREAS, the City .Manager reports that the $17,997.25
bid of D.M.P. Corporation is the lowest acceptable bid and recom-
mends that a contract be awarded to said firm; and
WHEREAS, funds are available for allocation from the
account entitled "Highway Bond Funds" for the estimated amount of
the contract, for project e::pense; and for such items as adver-
tising, testing laboratories, postage;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CO:i21ISSION 07 THE
CITY OF 131? •II , FLORIDA:
Section 1. That the April 21, 1975 bid of D. I.P.
Corporation in the amount of $17,997.25 for the project entitled
S.W. 8TII STREET CHA NELIZ?TION (BEAUTIFICATION), namely total bid
of proposal, based on unit pric es be, and the same is hereby,
accepted at the price stated therein.
Section 2. That the amount of $17,997.25 be, and it
i hereby, allocated from the account entitled "Highway Bond Funds"
to cover the estimated lated cost of the contract.
Section 3. That the amount of $1,799.75 be, and it
is hereby, allocated from the aforesaid account to cover the cost
of project expense which includes cnginoe.ring, surveys and i.nopec-
