RESOLUTION NO.
75-403
A RESOLUTION APPROVING AN EXTENSION THROUGH
DECEMBER 15, 1975 OF THE PERPETUAL CHANNEL
RIGHT-OF-WAY EASEMENT AND TEMPORARY CONSTRUC-
TION EASEMENT GRANTED TO THE UNITED STATES
OF AMERICA FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE MIAMI
HARBOR IMPROVEMENT PROJECT.
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 72-143 approved the con-
veyance of'a temporary three-year easement to the United States
of America for the construction of the Miami Harbor Improve-
ment Project; and
WHEREAS, due to accidental work delays it has not
been possible to maintain the schedule of work completion; and
WHEREAS, the U. S. Army Corps of Engineers has re-
quested an extension of the temporary easements granted by
Resolution No. 72-143 through December 15, 1975;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. An extension through December 15, 1975
of the perpetual channel right-of-way easement and temporary
construction easement granted to the United States of America
for the construction of the Miami Harbor Improvement Project
be, and the same is hereby, approved.

experienced an accidental delay in his work schedule thereby neces-

extended through 15 December 1975:

1972 to the United States of America for a period of three years
to expire on 2 May 19 75 .
