RESOLUTION NO. 75-394
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY CLERK TO
PUBLISH A NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING FOR
OBJECTIONS TO THE ACCEPTANCE BY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE COMPLETED CONSTRUCTION OF
N. W. 9 STREET SIDEWALK IMPROVEMENT SK-4334
BID "E" IN N. W. 9 STREET SIDEWALK IMPROVE-
MENT DISTRICT SIC-4334 - BID "E".
WHEREAS, the City Manager reports that Marks
Brothers Company has satisfactorily completed the construction
of sidewalk improvements on N.W. 9 Street from N.W. 44 to
N.W. 45 Avenue designated as N. W. 9 STREET SIDEWALK IMPROVEMENT
SK-4334 - BID "E"; and
WHEREAS, the City Charter requires the publication
of a notice of public hearing for objections by persons
interested in or affected by said Improvement as to the acceptance
thereof by the Commission;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The City Clerk be, and he is hereby,
authorized and directed to publish a notice in a newspaper
published in the City of Miami, Florida, stating that a meeting
of the City Commission be held at a certain day and hour, to be
determined by the City Clerk, for the Commission to hear any
objections by persons interested or affected by N. W. 9 STREET
SIDEWALK IMPROVEMENT SK-4334 - BID "E".
PASSED AND ADOPTED this22 day of APRIL , 1975.

Sidewalk construction on N. W. 9th Street from
N.W. 44 to N.W. 45 Avenue has been completed by
Marks Brothers Company.
It is now in order for the City Commission to hold
a public hearing for objections by persons interested
in or affected by this Improvement as to the acceptance
of the completed work thereof by the Commission
THE DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS RECOMMENDS ADOPTION OF
THE ATTACHED RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY CLERK
TO PUBLISH A NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING FOR OBJECTIONS
