A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE HIGHWAY RIGHT
OF WAY DEED EXECUTED BY THE UNITED STATES
POSTAL SERVICE ON JANUARY 15, 1975, FOR
HIGHWAY WIDENING A TOTAL OF 2574 SQUARE FEET
OF LAND CONTAINED IN THE SOUTH 12.5 FEET OF
LOTS 43 THROUGH 50 AND A FULL 25 FOOT RADIUS
OF LOT 50, BLOCK 2, OF ALEXANDER COURT (26-65);
AND DIRECTING THE PROPER OFFICIAL OF THE CITY
OF MIAMI TO RECORD SAME IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS
OF DADE COUNTY, FLORIDA:
WHEREAS, as a condition to being granted a variance
to permit an off-street parking lot, the United States Postal
Service, as fee owner, was required to dedicate the south 12.5
feet of Lots 43 through 50 and a full 25-foot radius of Lot 50,
Block 2, of ALEXANDER COURT (26-65); and
WHEREAS, this owner executed and delivered to the
City of Miami a Highway Right of Way Deed of dedication for the
required land as hereinafter set forth; and
WHEREAS, it is now in order for the City Commission
to accept the aforesaid deed and to have it recorded in the Public
Records of Dade County, Florida;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The January 15, 1975 Highway Right of
Way Deed executed by the United States Postal Service for
2574 square feet of land contained in the south 12.5 feet of
Lots 43 through 50 and a full 25 foot radius of Lot 50, Block 2
of ALEXANDER COURT (26-65) conveyed for highway widening be,
and the same is hereby accepted.
Section 2. The proper official of the City of
Miami be, and he is hereby authorized and directed to record
the aforesaid deed in the Public Records of Dade County, Florida,

As a condition to being granted a variance to permit an off-street
parking lot at 2125 N.W. 19 Terrace, the United States Postal Service,
as fee owner, was required to dedicate a total of 2574± square feet:
contained in the south 12.5 feet of Lots 43 thru 50 including a full
25-foot radius of Lot 50, Block 2, of ALEXANDER COURT (26-65) which
the City needs for highway widening.
Accordingly, this owner executed and delivered to the City of Miami a
Highway Right of Way Deed of dedication for the required land.
It is now in order for the City Commission to accept the aforesaid
deed and to have it recorded in the Public Records of Dade County,
Florida.
THE DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS RECOMMENDS ADOPTION OF THE RESOLUTION
ACCEPTING THE HIGHWAY RIGHT OF WAY DEED EXECUTED BY THE UNITED STATES
POSTAL SERVICE CONVEYING FOR HIGHWAY WIDENING A TOTAL OF 2574± SQUARE
FEET CONTAINED IN THE SOUTH 12.5 FEET OF LOTS 43 THRU 50 INCLUDING A
FULL 25-FOOT RADIUS OF LOT 50, BLOCK 2, OF ALEXANDER COURT (26-65);

THIS INDENTURE, made by and between the UNITED STATES POSTAL SERVICE,
(party of the first part), acting by and through the District Manager,
Miami District, Southern Region, United States Postal Service, under and
pursuant to the Postal Reorganization Act, Public Law 91-375, approved
August 12, 1970, 84 Stat. 719; and Tl1E CITY OF MIAMI, County of Dade,
State of Florida, (party of the second part).
W I T N E S S E T H:
The party of the first part, for and in consideration of the sum of
ONE DOLLAR ($1.00) to it in cash in hand paid, receipt of which is hereby
acknowledged, does by these presents remise, and release and quitclaim
unto the said party of the second part, its successors and assigns, all
its right, title and interest in and to the following described real
property, situated in Dade County, Florida, to -wit:
Beginning at the Southwest corner of Lot 43, Block 2, ALEXANDER COURT,
according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 26 at Page
65 of the Public Records of Dade County, Florida; thence run EAST, along
the South line of Lots 43 through 50 of said Block 2, for a distance of
180.22 feet to a point of curvature with a circular curve, concave to the
Northwest; thence run Northeast, along the arc of said circular curve,
concave to the Northwest, and having for its elements a radius of 25.00
feet and a central angle of 89° 14' 10", for an arc distance of 38.94
feet; thence run North 0° 45' 50" East, along the East line of said Lot
50, this line also being the West right-of-way line of Northwest Twenty-
first Avenue, for a distance of 12.50 feet, to a point of curvature with
a circular curve, concave to the Northwest; thence run Southwest, along
the arc of said circular curve, concave to the Northwest, and having for
its elements a radius of 25.00 feet and a central angle of 89° 14' 10",
for an arc distance of 38.94 feet; thence run WEST,along a line lying
12.50 feet North of and parallel to the South line of said Lots 43 through
50, both inclusive, for a distance of 1P0.23 feet, to a point on the West
line of said Lot 43; thence run South 0° 43' JO" West, along the said West
line of Lot 43, for a distance of 12.50 feet to the Point of Beginning.

IT IS UNDERSTOOD AND AGREED by the parties hereto, that the land
herein quitclaimed is to be used for street and/or sidewalk purposes only,
and in the event that said land shall be abandoned and/or discontinued by
law for said street and/or sidewalk purposes, the title to said land
shall revert to the said party of the first part, its successors or
assigns.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the party of the first part has caused these
presents to be executed in its name and on its behalf this In- day of
