Ordinance 6871, ART. XXXII permits the City Manager to extend a Conditional use, with approval by the City Commission, for a period not to exceed one year. Andrew City Manager City of Miami Post Office Box 330708 Miami, Florida 33133 Re: Brickell Bay Club Dear Mr. Andrews: On November 4, 1974, by Resolution ZB 167-74, we were granted a Conditional Use permit for the construction of a 70-slip marina. This permit expires on May 4, 1975. It has now become clear that the remaining local, State and Federal permits cannot be secured and construction plans completed within the given time limit. We, therefore, wish to apply herewith for an extension of the expiration date to May, 1976. Your consideration of this request and your cooperation in obtaining this extension will be greatly appreciated.
