A RESOLUTION CONFIRMING ORDERING RESOLUTION
NO. 75-267 AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY CLERK TO
ADVERTISE FOR SEALED BIDS FOR THE CONSTRUC-
TION OF SAN MARCO HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT t-I-4368
IN SAN MARCO HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT
H-4368.
WHEREAS, at the City Commission meeting of March 25,
1975, Resolution No. 75-267 was passed which ordered a highway
improvement identified as SAN MARCO HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT H-4368;
and
WHEREAS, pursuant to due public notice a public hearing
was held before the City Commission on April 22, 1975 as to any
objections to the confirmation of Resolution No. 75-267, which
resolution ordered SAN MARCO HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT H-4368; and
WHEREAS, no objections to the confirmation of said
highway improvement were sustained by the Commission, and it is
therefore in order for the Commission to confirm said ordering
resolution and authorize the City Clerk to advertise for sealed
bids for the construction of said Improvement;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. Ordering Resolution No. 75-267 for SAN
MARCO HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT H-4368 in SAN MARCO HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT
DISTRICT H-4368 be, and is hereby, confirmed.
Section 2. The City Clerk be, and he is hereby,
authorized to advertise for sealed bids for the construction

ENCLOSURES
The construction of approximately 720 lineal feet of
streets on San Marco Island,
NE 12 Pl. (S. Venetian Way to N. Venetian Way)
NE 13 Ct. (S. Venetian Way to N. Venetian Way)
NE 13 Pl. (S. Venetian Way to N. Venetian Way)
was ordered by the City Commission at their meeting of
March 25, 1975.
It is now in order to confirm the ordering resolution
and authorize advertising for bids. A public hearing
will be held on April 22, 1975 at which time the
Commission will hear objections to the confirmation of
the ordering resolution.
IF NO OBJECTIONS ARE SUSTAINED THE DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC
WORKS RECOMMENDS THE ADOPTION OF A RESOLUTION WHICH ALSO
AUTHORIZES THE ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS FOR SAN MARCO
HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT H-4368.
