AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE. WHEREAS, the Miami,Planning Advisory Board at its meeting of February.5th, 1975, Item#E following an advertised hearing adopted Resolution No. PAB 10-75 by a 7 to 0 vote recommending a change. of zoning classification as hereinafter set forth; and; WHEREAS,•the City Commission finds it advisable and inthe best interest of the City of Miami andits inhabitants to change the zoning classification as hereinafter set forth;. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA; Section-1. Andrews City of Miami, Florida Gentlemen: February 19, 1975 Re: CHANGE OF ZONING - RECOMMENDED Certain properties within the Coconut Grove Village Center to the proposed C-2A District Initiated by Planning Department The Miami Planning Advisory Board, at its meeting of February 5, 1975, Item #7, following an advertised Hearing, adopted Resolution No. PAB 12-75 by a 7 to 0 vote Recommending Change of Zoning Classification for the Coconut Grove Village Center from their present zoning classifications to C-2A (Special Community Commercial), as shown on the attached map. Chairman, suppose that we recommend to the City Commission the Change of Zoning Classification to the previously approved C-2A.District to the Coconut Grove area designated in the plan attached to the Agenda which should be made part of our recommendation.
