To BE AN EMERGENCY MEASURE; DISPENSING WITH THE REQUIREMENT OF READING THE SAME ON TWO SSPARATE bA'S By A VOTE 0?,NOT LESS THAN FOUR -FIFTHS OF THE MEMBERS OF THE COMMISSION; PROVIDING FO12 AN EFFECTIVE DATE 12 WHEREAS, the Miami -Dade. County Government Center interim 13 Zoning District was extended by Ordinance No. 8322 adopted on 14 October 24;.1974-for a six month period; and 15 WHEREAS, said Ordinance will,expire on April 25, 16 17 1975; and WHEREAS, public hearings for the new zoning districts 18 to be applied to the Downtown Area will not occur until some 19. time in July; 20 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE,. 21 CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA: 22 Section 1. That the Miami -Dade County Government 23 Center Interim Zoning District extended by Ordinance No. 8322 24 adopted on October 24,.1974 for a six month period, be and the 25 same is hereby extended for an additional six month period. 26 Section 2. All ordinances, code sections or parts 27 hereof in conflict herewith, insofar as they are in conflict 28 29 30 re hereby repealed. Section 3. Section 4. This ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency measure on the ground of urgent public need for the preservation of peace, health, safety and property in the City of Miami. Section 5. The requirement of reading this ordinance on two separate days is hereby dispensed with by a vote of not less than four -fifths of the members of the Commission. Section 6.
