RESOLUTION NO . .75 LL0.
A RESOLUTION REQUESTING METROPOLITAN
DADE COUNTY TO INSTALL CURB AND GUTTER
ON THE CENTER PARKWAY OF CORAL WAY
BETWEEN S.W. 12TH AND 37TH AVENUES.
WHEREAS, the City of Miami has done their part in
maintaining the street area between S.W. 12th and 37th Avenues,
and it is now incumbent on Metropolitan Dade County to do
their portion by installing curb and gutter on the center
parkway;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. Metropolitan Dade County be, and is here-
by, requested to install curb and gutter on the center parkway
of Coral Way between S.W. 12th and 37th Avenues.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 10 day of APRI L
1975.
