RESOLUTION NO. 75-359
A RESOLUTION GRANTING FREE USE OF THE MIAMI
BASEBALL STADIUM TO LA SALLE HIGH SCHOOL
FOR FIVE (5) DAYS, THE DATES TO BE
DETERMINED BY THE CITY MANAGER; SUBJECT TO
ADVANCE PAYMENT FOR EVENT PERSONNEL,
INSURANCE AND OTHER DIRECT COSTS BORNE BY
THE CITY.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. Free use of the Miami Baseball Stadium
is hereby granted to LA SALLE HIGH SCHOOL for five (5) days
on dates to be determined by the City Manager; subject to
advance payment for event personnel, insurance and other
direct costs borne by the City.
