Whereas Me population of the City of ;•!milli is of complex ethnic composition, and
:vfliereas the residents of the City of Miami speak many languages and have multiple
cultural values and
iihereas there is a gteat need to maintain all possible avenues of communication
during all cultural gtaupe.
Now, therefore, be it revolved that the Commission of the City of Miami, Florida
endorses and supports the celebration of a Conference on Bi-lingualism it
a Pluralistic Society to be on June 7th., 1975, at Biscayne College,
Opa-Loca, Florida.
