A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE COMPLETED
CONSTRUCTION OF INTERCOUNTY CONSTRUCTION
CORPORATION FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF SAN
MARCO SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT SR-5316 C
(centerline sewer) IN SAN MARCO SANITARY
SEWER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT SR-5316 C
(centerline sewer) AT A TOTAL COST OF
$1,017,097.03; AND AUTHORIZING A FINAL
PAYMENT OF $105,4 68.71.
WHEREAS, there exists a contract dated September 20,
1973 between the City of Miami and Intercounty Construction Corpora-
tion; and
WHEREAS, the work has been satisfactorily completed and
Intercounty Construction Corporation has furnished the required
documents certifying that all bills for labor and materials have
been paid in full in connection with the aforesaid contract; and
WHEREAS, a Public Hearing was held before the City
Commission on December 17, 1974 to hear any objections to the com-
pleted improvements, and no objections were sustained; and
WHEREAS, the Department of Public Works recommends that
the completed work be accepted and final payment made to the
Contractor;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The completed work performed by Intercounty
Construction Corporation under contract dated September 20, 1973 for
the construction of SAN MARCO SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT SR-5316 C
(centerline sewer) in SAN MARCO SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT
SR-5316 C (centerline sewer) is hereby accepted at a total cost
of $1,017,097,03.

Section 2. The proper officials of the City of Miami
are hereby authorized and directed to pay Intercounty Construction
Corporation a balance of $105,468.71 as full and final payment
for all work performed and all materials furnished in connection
with the contract for SAN MARCO SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT SR-5316 C
(centerline sewer) in SAN MARCO SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT
SR-5316 C (centerline sewer).

Intorcounty Construction Corporation hns completed
the construction or sanitary sewors on San Marco
and Biscayne island, on Venetian Causeway.
It is now in order for tho Commission to accept the
completed work and authorize final payment, after
all conditions aro met. The construction was completed
for $1,017,097.03, which was within the contract amount,
and it was completed on time.
