ZWellle►74 nErrnENCE9t ENCLOSURE$: The attached letter from Mr. Luis Jose Dominguez, President, Jaragua Enterprises, Inc., to you, was delivered to our office. The variance referred to was granted by the Zoning Board on July 15, 1974, by Resolution ZB 111-74, and would have normally expired in 6 months on January 15, 1975. Discussion with the Law Department has revealed that they would have no objection to the extension of this variance for a period of up to one year, as permitted by Ordinance 6871, 1\.'rICLE XXXI, eve;. chough the normal application period has expired, as extensions of this type have been granted before. Therefore, this Department suggests that this matter be placed on an early Commission agenda, for the Commission approval of your action. By copy of this memorandum, the Law Department is requested to prepare the proper Resolution for this action. cc: Law Department Tentative City Commission Date: April 10, 1975. r) JelJa:7,1zl JIt✓r'y.I't.)..ir ie,G. ✓I (! ✓fig• t%/<..2..2,9 .i!/ririr• ;iicr- .,• ;li'`i: ei nt. l '.,..
